The couple rented two different houses to get ready separately, which made for such a relaxed start to the day.

Brittany got ready in a charming house right in the center of Sayulita, surrounded by her mom and bridesmaids. Music, laughter, makeup, mimosas, you know the vibe!

Andrew, was with his groomsmen, having a great time getting dressed and enjoying a drink together before heading to their Don Pedros Palapa wedding.

The ceremony and reception were held at Don Pedro’s Palapa, one of the most iconic wedding venues in Sayulita. Seriously, a Don Pedros Palapa wedding offers one of the best views in town, it’s up on a hill with panoramic views of the ocean and the colorful village below.

Now, the ceremony layout? So cool. Instead of a traditional aisle, the chairs were arranged in a spiral, creating a circular setting with the couple standing in the center. It felt super intimate and visually amazing.

And the emotions were real, Brittany couldn’t hold back the tears during her vows (and honestly, neither could a few guests!).

Beach Portraits with a Side of Adventure

One of the best features of having a Don Pedros Palapa wedding is the easy access to the beach. There’s a private staircase that takes you straight down to a beautiful, quiet beach with rock formations and soft sand, basically a dream location for couple portraits.

We headed down while the guests enjoyed cocktails up top, and Brittany and Andrew went all in, walking on the sand, climbing rocks, and even getting splashed by a wave. It made for such fun, authentic photos!

Dinner, Dancing, and All the Good Vibes

After beach portraits, we headed back up for dinner and the start of the party. Their first dance kicked things off beautifully, and their guests didn’t waste a second, everyone hit the dance floor with full energy.

Their guests were definitely ready to party. The energy on the dance floor was incredible. Everyone brought their best moves, and the vibe was pure joy.

Huge shoutout to Vida Bonita Events for the amazing design and coordination. That spiral seating for the ceremony? Total showstopper. And shoutout to Jenn Chivers too for making sure this bride look stunning all day long. Just another reason why a Don Pedros Palapa wedding is always a great choice.
