The Perfect Day in Careyes
What a wedding! Seriously, everything was perfect, the location, the weather, and of course, the couple themselves.
Brooke and Cristian tied the knot with an intimate beachfront wedding in Careyes, Mexico, a little slice of paradise on the Pacific Ocean. With less than 50 guests, it was a small, laid-back celebration that felt really special.
Getting Ready in Two Gorgeous Houses
The bride and groom each got ready in separate houses, making sure they didn’t accidentally bump into each other before the ceremony.
Brooke’s Morning at Casa Quimeras
Brooke spent the morning at Casa Las Quimeras, a beautiful house that was perfect for hanging out with her bridesmaids. They were laughing, chatting, and just enjoying the moment while getting ready for the big day.
Cristian’s Chill Time at Casa Parasol
Cristian got ready at Casa Parasol, which honestly looks like it belongs in a design magazine. It was super relaxed he got ready in like five minutes, no stress at all.
Something really cool is that he wore a beautiful Rolex that Brooke gave him as a wedding gift. It had their wedding date engraved on it, such a classy touch. He hung out with his groomsmen, had a couple of beers, and soaked in the views. Who could be stressed in a place like that, right?
A Ceremony on the Beach
The ceremony was something else. It happened right on the beach with the sun starting to set, just an awesome setting.
Brooke and Cristian exchanged vows, and it was such an emotional moment. Brooke even teared up a little. Her brother was the officiant, which made the whole thing even more meaningful. This was the perfect way to have an intimate beachfront wedding in Careyes.
Cocktails and Sunset Photos
After the ceremony, the guests went to enjoy some cocktails in the garden area near the beach. Meanwhile, I took Brooke and Cristian for some quick photos.
We wandered around Casitas de las Flores, which is just a crazy beautiful spot with bright colors everywhere. It was the perfect backdrop for capturing their first moments as a married couple.
Dinner, Dancing, and the Party
Dinner was next, and it was stunning, one long table set up with an amazing view of the ocean. The sun had gone down by then, and that soft blue light made it feel extra special. The speeches brought out some laughs and a few tears, and then it was time for Brooke and Cristian’s first dance.
The Party Gets Wild
And then the party kicked off! Everyone hit the dance floor, tequila shots were flying, and people were dancing their hearts out. At one point, shirts even started coming off, yeah, it got that wild.
A Fireworks Finale
The night ended with a bonfire on the beach and fireworks lighting up the sky. It was such an epic way to close out the day.
