From our very first video call, I could tell this was going to be one for the books. These two are madly in love and definitely know how to throw a party, and trust me, they did not disappoint.

The festivities kicked off a few days before the big “I do” with an all-white welcome party at the hotel. The guests looked like they’d stepped out of a fashion editorial, and Hayley and Andrew brought even more elegance by honoring Andrew’s Hong Kong heritage through their attire.

Canadian flair mixed with cultural touches, it was the perfect way to set the tone for the entire weekend.

Getting Ready in Glamorous Fashion

On the wedding day, Hayley got ready in one of the most gorgeous suites at the hotel, surrounded by her six bridesmaids. There was laughter, champagne, and that electric pre-ceremony excitement in the air. Everyone looked stunning as they prepared for the day ahead.

As guests mingled, we snuck away to capture some epic golden hour wedding portraits. The light was soft, golden, and completely magical. Andrew looked dapper in a white tux with a black bow tie, while Hayley floated in her gown like a dream.

The reception was held in a totally different area of the hotel, talk about a transformation! One of my favorite details? The seating chart made from fortune cookies, a thoughtful nod to Andrew’s roots and a fun twist that guests loved.

During dinner, there was a special performance honoring Andrew’s Chinese heritage. It added depth, beauty, and meaning to the night.

Dance Floor Goals & After Party Dreams

After dinner, the energy exploded. Everyone hit the dance floor with wild moves, big smiles, and zero inhibitions. Hayley changed into her second dress and looked absolutely flawless.

Just when you thought the night was over… we moved to a third space for the after-party. Think: club vibes, techno beats, and the perfect ending to the most unforgettable night.
